Sakuntala Room TV Tower

Had a wonderful and cozy stay at this beautiful, serene, home away from home. The food here is delicious and homely. The rooms are well equipped and hygienic. The hosts here are incredibly welcoming and aunty's stories keeps you hooked!!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Coelogyne Home Stay. Nestled in the midst of pine forests, the heritage bungalow is a haven for peace-lovers and nature enthusiasts. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Yamini for taking us on a lovely evening walk to enjoy stunning views of Kurseong from above and later arranging a barbeque for us under the stars. Dinner was delicious, prepared by Aunty. The heritage home, draped in bougainvillea and bursting with hydrangeas, felt like a living garden. We especially loved the outdoor meals. It felt like we were on a continuous picnic! Just a couple of suggestions: we had a little trouble locating the place, so a signboard on the road would be helpful. Also, please refill the soap dispenser in the shower area. All in all, a memorable stay. We hope to return soon!

I had a wonderful stay, the beautiful garden, the nutritious and tasty food, was everything you could ever hope for. Located in beautiful countryside, you could not ask for more. Kuntala welcomed me into her family, and made sure I was well looked after the whole time I was there. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone wishing a break in the countryside.

The perfect little getaway if you want some peace and quite. Truly a 'cottage-core' dream comee true. And aunty was one of the most engaging storytellers I've ever met.

Communicated on WhatsApp with the person who owns that listed number here. I wanted to ask for general wholesaling information about importing some tea to California, he made me very uncomfortable asking for personal identification information and more claiming that he needed to 'authenticate' my identity. He had the audacity to ask for my passport etc. I agreed to send him my Driver License. After beating about the bush about being unable to 'verify it' he offered to sell me tea himself and then abruptly quit the communication. The whole experience made me feel taken advantage and lead on. Suffice to say I will not stay there. BEWARE!
