Cozy Heaven Sleeps 5+4

Amazing homestay to spend time. Rooms are cozy and clean with great interior. We were alloted the top floor rooms which is having the attached rooftop giving us the opportunity to have our tea with the amazing view of Kurseong and Kanchenjunga. The homestay is located in Dow Hill Road and the nearest landmark will be Dow Hill Post office. The owner's behaviour is too good and the food is amazing as well giving us a homely feel while we are in a trip. Recomended for all.

I had a wonderful stay at White Sea Homestay! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to Dowhill Victoria School , yet peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with care. I especially appreciated the little touches, like sweet gestures comforting host, ambience , home like food, local site seeing, the efforts for capturing the moments for the guests. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Kurseong and would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay with breathtaking nature views. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing in the hills. The hosts(niraj da) are extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Excellent hospitality and a very comfortable stay. My stay at Whitesea Homestay, Dowhill was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from Niraj and his wife, who are truly exceptional hosts. They made me feel completely at home, ensuring every little detail was taken care of. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and charm. The surroundings were peaceful, with stunning views that made every morning special. A special mention for the food — it was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with love. Each meal reflected the warmth and care of the hosts, making dining here one of the best parts of my stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, with excellent hospitality and mouthwatering home-cooked food, Whitesea Homestay is the perfect choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and a great owner. The room had ample space and the view from the attached terrace is amazing. You get to see Mirik, Sandakpur and a glimpse of the Kanchenjunga from the homestay, also Victoria boys school, pine forest and church are just a short walk away. The homestay is easily accessible from the Kurseong market via a short shared cab ride which is very cheap. Only recommendation from my end is, it would be better if we got the basic toiletries like a soap and shampoo pouch, it would be very convenient when you reach after a long journey, other than that it's a 10/10 experience. I strongly recommend this place.
