Booking and Refund Policy –

Applicable for all the listings at https://darjeelingtour.com by Microgenz Infosys.

  1. Booking Policy
  • All reservations must be made through our official platform https://darjeelingtour.com and through the Razorpay Payment Gateway only.
  • The payment is credited first to the account in the name of Microgenz Infosys, MSME: UDYAM-WB-06-0047013 bearing A/c No : 50200101693324, IFCS: HDFC0009236, HDFC Bank, Kurseong Branch through the Razorpay Payment Gateway only.
  • There are no intermediate agents for the booking process. The site focuses on providing services between owner and guest and the site does not charge any booking commissions.
  • GST and any other charges are calculated at the end of owner of user who have listed their services and listing in the site. Booking price includes the GST and other taxes.
  • A minimum deposit of [50%] of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid by [check-in date / specific number of days before arrival].
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
  • Guest identification and contact details must be provided at the time of booking.
  1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made through the appropriate account through which the booking has been made. Please check My Account section in the home page of https://darjeelingtour.com

  • In case of a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions), we may offer a refund or allow rescheduling based on the situation.
  1. Modification & Rescheduling Policy
  • Booking changes (dates or guest details) are allowed up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling due to emergencies is handled case-by-case.
  • Rate differences may apply for new dates or upgraded units.
  1. Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit of Rs 1000/ may be required at check-in which.
  • The deposit will be returned after check-out, provided there is no damage, missing items, or policy violations.
  1. The payment gateway shall charge some processing and transaction fees. In case of a refund or payout to the vendor the fess shall be deducted.
  2. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Transaction/processing fees.
  • Service fees or cleaning fees (if applicable).
  • Additional services requested (e.g., airport pickup, meals, activities).
  1. Early Departure
  • No refund is provided for early check-out once the stay has commenced.
  1. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests are expected to follow house rules and respect property and neighbors.
  • Any damage or violations may lead to additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
