Guras Homestay R3

It's a home away from home. Purpose of my trip was to relax and chill, and we got plenty of it. If you like to walk you're going to love this place. And the walks are not tiring as an 8 year old could complete them. The mesmerizing views will make you forget all the stress. Really thankful for the all over experience Zenus(Owner) provided us. Very kind and understanding. Getting to homestay is very easy, one n half hour drive from siliguri avoiding all the traffic of Darjeeling route which makes your trip relaxing.

I had such a comfortable stay. The host was so warm and the food was exactly what I was looking for! The barbecue was to die for. We reached the place at 11 pm, yet the host waited for us and helped us settle in our room. Away from city life with so much peace and quiet. Also, they are pet friendly!

Had an amazing stay at Guras Homestay! Comfortable rooms and delicious home cooked food. Definitely try their lip smacking chicken barbecue! Big thanks to Zenus and his team for their warm hospitality 🏼

I had visited Guras Homestay for the weekend and it was one of the best experience. The owner Mr. Zenus was extremely friendly and hospitable. He applies his own personal touch to everything. The food was aromatic and flavourful, all cooked from locally sourced items. He took us on a stroll of the hidden spots which we would’ve never found, had it not been for him. The view from the room was worth it. You can see the whole terai and the sunrise right from your room. And Mt. Kanchanjunga could be seen from just a few steps away from the Homestay. The weather is also perfect for bonfires and barbecue. If you would like to spend a cozy, quiet and serene weekend or holiday, this is the place you should go to.
